| Why Red Tea is better than Green Tea for Weight Loss? |
Green tea has been recognized for its health and wellness benefits, including assistance for weight loss. The evidence is irrefutable. But are we overlooking something better?
It is correct that green tea consists powerful antioxidants. These components contribute to minimizing health risks, such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
As an expert in weight loss, my main goal has been to share practical tips and tricks for those who seek optimal health. In fulfilling my obligation of transparency, I am about to reveal how green tea, although beneficial, is gradually losing value in the light of its delicious rival: the rooibos.
Rooibos, also known as Red Tea, is equally high in antioxidants, however it comes from different substances than green tea. The antioxidants contained in rooibos, aspalatine and notofagina, are comparatively rare and help regulate blood sugar, reduce excessive fat production, stress and inhibit metabolic disorders.
After the results of recent studies, together with my own findings related to the main actors in sustainable weight loss, I consider that Red Tea is essential. In addition to preventing heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's and more, it is an accessible and effective response to weight gain.
I started the production of my Red Tea Detox in this year. The main objective was to take advantage of the incredible benefits of the rooibos by combining the ingredient with a series of other equally valuable elements.
Rooibos means red bush. This plant is already available, its leaves turn red after fermentation. With so much potential to help with our health and wellness trips, I felt it was wrong to ignore the strength of the plant.
Unlike green tea, Red Tea does not contain caffeine and, therefore, drinking the mixture at night will not leave you restless.
Another factor of its maximum superiority is simply the taste. The bitterness of green tea is often attributed to its high tannin content, which is less frequent in Red Tea.
Many health products do not aim to close the gap between adults and young children, but the search for health is equally important for both demographic groups. That is why I have designed a recipe that satisfies all ages and tastes, with the inclusion of a sweetened version of the recipe.
This particular program of Red Tea Detox is fresh and unparalleled, as it is actively transforming lives since its launch.
